WAG 19-04-00

A client who received benefits in the past may qualify to have assistance restored under certain conditions.

Policy in this section does not apply to the following:

  • delete text
  • sanctions due to failure to cooperate with the Child Support Enforcement program (see PM 24-04-00);
  • sanctions due to failure to cooperate in any Department education, training, or work program (see PM 03-13-05); or
  • failure to cooperate with the school attendance initiative (see PM 03-22-00).
