A client cannot be required to come to an interview as part of a special review. For Quality Control interviews, see PM 22-09-00.
When a GA REDE is completed and a SNAP REDE is not due, complete a special case review of SNAP eligibility. SNAP units are required to cooperate in the review as a condition of eligibility.
Verify the following:
- gross earned income;
- questionable information.
The SNAP unit must also verify the following, if the information has changed since the last review or SNAP REDE:
- gross unearned income; and
- BCIS status or citizenship of a SNAP unit member; and
- social security number for a SNAP unit member.
Document the review in the case record. Take action on all changes (see PM 18-04-05).
