PM 18-05-10.

  1. (FCRC/All Kids Unit) When a person needs to be changed from All Kids Share, All Kids Premium, or All Kids Rebate to Medicaid:
    1. If all persons are eligible for Medicaid, cancel the All Kids Share, All Kids Premium, or All Kids Rebate case with TA 22/TAR 15. No central notice is generated.
    2. If all persons in the All Kids Share, All Kids Premium, or All Kids Rebate case are not eligible for Medicaid, delete the Medicaid eligible children with TA 34/TAR 44. No central notice is generated.
  2. (FCRC/All Kids Unit) Register a All Kids Assist or Moms and Babies application with TA 02.
  3. (FCRC/All Kids Unit) Approve the All Kids Assist or Moms and Babies case in the normal manner (see WAG 17-02-04). Suppress the central approval notice.
  4. (FCRC/All Kids Unit) Send Form 2434E to the family.
