revised textExample 1: Ms. A receives All Kids/FamilyCare Assist with her 2 children. Countable monthly income is $1,800. Their LMDD is 03/2014.

On 06/07/14, Ms. A reports that she has a new job and countable income is now $2,900, which is above the All Kids Assist, and the FamilyCare Assist Standard for 3. Since the LMDD is within 11 months, do not make any changes to the children's Item 78 codes. Immediately change the countable income amount in Item 80 code 158 to $2,900 and update Item 90. Since $2,900 is also above the FamilyCare Assist standard, delete Ms. A. from the case. Do not update Item 30.

Review the children's eligibility when their REDE is due in 03/15.

revised textExample 2: Mr. B and his child receives All Kids/FamilyCare Assist. Countable income is $1,200. Their LMDD is 06/2014.

On 06/07/15, Mr. B reports that he has a new job and countable income is now $2,500, which is above the Assist standard for 2. Since the LMDD is not within 12 months, set up an All Kids Premium case for the child, and cancel medical benefits for Mr. B.
