Deny the application no later than the 30th day following the date of application when:

  • the Family Community Resource Center cannot determine eligibility because the FS unit did not complete the application process (see PM 17-03-04-c).

File the denied case in a place it can easily be retrieved, because the case may be reopened if:

  • the FS unit provides missing verification between 31 to 60 calendar days following the original application.
