PM 16-05-13.

  1. (IM) Identify cases in need of a 12-month protective payment plan review from computer listings provided monthly to the Family Community Resource Center.
  2. (IM) Review and assess the continued need for the protective payment plans for these cases.
  3. (IM) Arrange to review the expenditure records kept by volunteer protective payees.

    NOTE: Review and assess any plan and/or expenditure records more frequently than every 12 months, if circumstances call for it. 

  4. (IM) Document your findings in the case record.
