Enrolled cases are not eligible for payment of covered medical services until spenddown is met. Spenddown is met by providing medical bills and/or receipts to the Family Community Resource Center that equal the amount of the client's monthly spenddown amount. The client
is eligible for payment of covered medical services on the day spenddown is met through the last day of the same month.
When it is learned that there is a change of income during the enrollment period, verify income and recompute the spenddown amount.
