WAG 14-12-06-a.

The TPS Intake/Benefit Advocacy process is designed to aid teens in following through with the requirements necessary for them to be approved for cash assistance. It is not designed to be an additional requirement the applicant must meet in order to be eligible for cash. Whether or not the teen takes advantage of Teen Parent Intake/Benefit Advocacy, the teen is required to provide the verifications required of them and to cooperate with completing their RSP during the application process.

If a teen does not cooperate with TPS Advocacy but provides necessary verifications and meets all other eligibility requirements, approve TANF cash.
