PM 09-02-02: Support Standards

WAG 09-02-02.

Different programs have different standards for determining the ability of a legally responsible relative to support. They are:

• The Cash Standard for the specific program (applied by the Family Community Resource Center) (see WAG 10-01-00 for TANF or WAG 11-01-00 for AABD).
• The Medical Standard for the specific program (applied by the Family Community Resource Center) (see WAG 15-06-00).
• Standard A (applied by the Bureau of Collections/Field Recovery Unit) (see WAG 09-02-02).
