PM 07-04-06: Nonliquid Assets

The following nonliquid assets are nonexempt and are used when determining eligibility for noncategorically eligible (PM 05-07-00, PM 05-07-02 ) SNAP units.

These assets include, but are not limited to:

• licensed vehicles (see PM 07-04-17);
• unlicensed vehicles;
• non-homestead property, such as, buildings, land, and recreational properties, unless the property is income producing (see PM 07-04-05); and
• any other personal property not specifically exempted.
