Exempt Locales
The entire state is exempt from the work requirement due to the statewide high unemployment conditions. Clients must continue to participate in the 
SNAP Employment and Training Program where the program operates.
Nonexempt Areas
Effective 01/01/09 there are no nonexempt areas. See WAG 25-06-07 for a listing of the areas previously nonexempt.
