WAG 03-14-05.

If an SNAP E & T client contacts the Family Community Resource Center and claims that their failure to comply was due to good cause, advise the client to contact their SNAP E & T worker. Only SNAP E & T staff can repeal the sanction due to good cause. See PM 21-06-10-d for good cause.

If good cause exists, the SNAP E & T worker notifies the Family Community Resource Center to restore benefits immediately with no gap. If benefits have already been reduced or canceled, issue a supplement to meet any period of unmet need.
