Only SNAP E & T staff can repeal a sanction. If a client contacts the Family Community Resource Center to provide proof of good cause for failure to comply, tell the client to contact their SNAP E & T worker. If the client proves good cause, the SNAP E & T worker notifies
the Family Community Resource Center to restore assistance immediately with no gap in benefits.
If the client proves good cause, the sanction can be repealed at any level of the sanction process up through and until the final agency decision.
