The appeal policy in PM 01-07-00 applies to families applying for or receiving All Kids/FamilyCare Share, Premium, and Rebate, except for PM 01-07-04.
In some situations benefits can be continued at the same level during the appeal process, if the family appeals timely. See PM 06-08-13-a for more information.
