When the renewal results in a change from All Kids Share or All Kids Premium to All Kids Rebate or from All Kids Rebate to All Kids Share or All Kids Premium, cancel the existing case and set up a new case. Suppress the central cancellation notice.
Manually prepare and send the family the correct notice regarding their change in status.
Authorize the new case for the same effective month the old case is canceled, so that there is no break in benefits.
If the case changes from All Kids Share or All Kids Premium to All Kids Rebate, a Rebate Form is required.
