All Kids Share, All Kids Premium, and All Kids Rebate eligibility always begins the current processing month unless:

  • DPA/DHS loses an appeal or
  • the worker did not start eligibility at the correct time.

To authorize eligibility prior to the current processing month, submit the approval action to the Exception Processing Unit.
