  1. (FCRC) If an appellant or their representative asks to review the Official Report of Hearing, send a memo to the Bureau of Assistance Hearings to obtain a copy.
  2. (FCRC) Notify the appellant or their representative when the copy is received.
  3. (Appellant) Reviews the Official Report in the Family Community Resource Center.
