  1. (BCCD) Obtains all information and evidence about child care appeals from the CCR&R and/or provider.
  2. (BCCD) Contacts the appellant by telephone for the pre-hearing meeting and prepares Form 102.
  3. (BCCD) Sends copy of Form 102 to Bureau of Assistance Hearings, Family Community Resource Center, client, and client's representative.
