There are medical programs for children under age 19 with higher income standards than those for adults. These programs are:
- All Kids Assist for persons under 19 whose income is equal to or less than 133% of the Federal Poverty Level;
- All Kids Share for persons under 19 whose income is greater than 133% of the FPL but equal to or less than 150% of the Federal Poverty Level. There are additional nonfinancial requirements to be eligible for this program;
- All Kids Premium Level 1 for persons under 19 whose income is above 150% but equal to or less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. There are additional nonfinancial requirements to be eligible for this program;
All Kids Premium Level 2 for uninsured persons under 19 whose income is above 200% but equal to or less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. There are additional nonfinancial requirements to be eligible for this program; and
- All Kids Rebate for insured persons under 19 whose income is greater than 133% of the FPL but equal to or less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. There are additional nonfinancial requirements to be eligible for this program.
Presumptive Eligibility Coverage
A child under the age of 19, whose declared family income is equal to or less than 200% of the FPL, may be presumptively eligible (PE) for medical benefits when an application is received if certain criteria are met. For more information, see PM 02-05-04.
