How to Input a FY15 Budget into CSA System Training


The "How to Input a FY15 Budget into CSA System" is being delivered as on-line training by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Bureau of Contract Compliance..

This training course will demonstrate to all providers, who have a Community Service Agreement with IDHS, how to enter their FY15 Budget into the CSA System.

Who Should Attend?

Any Provider who has a Community Service Agreement with IDHS should attend this free training course. If you are uncertain on how to submit a budget into the system, this will be a helpful refresher course.

Training Dates and Times

Once registration is closed, all enrollees will be notified of their training dates and time. Each training session is 1 hour in length and will be repeated on multiple dates and times starting July 7th 2014.  Instructions on how to enter the virtual classroom are sent to each enrollee prior to each class.  If technical assistance is required, enrollees are given instructions on whom to contact. No costs are incurred by the provider because the student can participate at the work site by simply logging onto a computer and entering the virtual classroom.

Technical Requirements

You will need a PC with the following minimum technical requirements:

  • Operating System: Windows XP or Windows 7
  • Software: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
  • Internet Connection


Upon completion of this training, Providers will understand:

  • FY15 Budget Requirements;
  • FY15 Budget Template;
  • FY15 Budget Approval Process, Notifications and Time frame;
  • How to Enter a Budget in CSA;
  • How to Modify a Budget, and;
  • Know who to contact if you run into any issues.
