STD Surveillance Network Grant (SSuN)

September 14, 2011, applications are due no later than 4:00 pm CST.

Description:

The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) released one Request for Proposal (RFP) for the STD Surveillance Network Grant (SSuN) under RFP 11-04 on Monday August 15, 2011

An estimated $75,000 will be available through this RFP to fund support of de-identified STD care. Funds are available to public and private not-for-profit organizations located in Chicago. Organizations applying must have considerable experience in providing STD care to men who have sex with men.

Eligibility:

Public and Private Not-For-Profit organizations located in Chicago.
