DOJ proposes applying the ADA to the Web

The Department of Justice has proposed making a rule to clarify that the Americans with Disabilities Act applies to websites.

The proposal asks for comments on 19 questions. After working with the Illinois Web Accessibility Best Practices Workgroup to develop responses, DHS submitted the following:
