Starting 07/11, the amount of the Standard Deduction listed below is reduced in the SNAP calculations by $4.00 each month due to the implementation of the Standard Medical Deduction Demonstration Project.

Starting 10/01/96 for 10/96 benefits, the EPA deduction was no longer allowed when approving an application. Active cases continued to receive the EPA deduction until a Form 552 action was processed an SNAP REDE or change to the SNAP calculation, at which time the EPA amount was reduced to $0.
