Effective 07/01/10, the state minimum wage is $8.25 per hour. State law requires that the state or federal minimum wage, whichever is higher, be used to determine hours of participation in TANF. The following chart lists various wage amounts based on the current State Minimum Wage ($8.25) times the number of hours worked.
