Upon learning that a revised textP3 client has been found blind or disabled by SSA, determine if the case has been centrally changed to a Category 03 zero grant case. If the case has not been centrally changed, review the client's AABD Cash eligibility.

Authorize AABD Cash or a swap to Medical. If the case has an identifying code showing matching federal funds had stopped, certify medical assistance for the period matching federal funds have not been claimed.
