For each person listed in an AABD Cash case, AABD Medical case, or RRA Cash case; and for each SNAP component member, enter a dash.
Enter one of the following codes for each person included in a TANF Cash or All Kids Assist/Moms and Babies case.

The parent (natural or adoptive) or other needy eligible relative with whom the child is living who is responsible for the child's welfare and whose needs are also met through TANF.
||Spouse of the caretaker relative who is not the parent of an eligible child
