Item 44, Client Contact, has 3 fields that provide client contact information about the action being taken. The 3 fields are:
- 1st Field - Type of Review Code
- 2nd Field - Enter Dash
- 3rd Field - Type of Contact Code
When completing Item 44, an entry is required in all 3 fields.
Complete Item 44 for all actions except approvals, denials, and Mercury submittals. Item 44 is completed for all programs.

Enter when a Cash or Medical REDE was completed with an update of Item 30, but a SNAP REDE was not completed. Do not use for community spenddown or SNAP Only cases. |
