This section serves Department of Human Services (DHS) providers who are required to submit Financial Reporting Packets to DHS at the end of their DHS Community Services Agreement (CSA) contracting period. Please refer to the Related Links on the right margin for additional provider information.
The Community Service Provider Handbook explains year-end financial reporting requirements and the selection process for on-site Fiscal/Administrative Reviews. Agency Directors and Finance Officers--especially those new to the DHS contract and related regulations--and all DHS staff responsible for program monitoring are encouraged to review the handbook. (Please note: The Community Service Provider Handbook is currently being revised and not available for viewing)
