The "Year End Consolidated Financial Reporting" (CFR) training will be an on-line webinar sponsored by the Illinois Department of Human Services, Bureau of Contract Compliance. This training will refresh providers of their FY14 Year End Financial Reporting Requirements and demonstrate how to navigate through the CSA System to enter a Year-End CFR Report. The training will contain an on-line demonstration.
Who Should Attend?
Any provider who wants more guidance on their FY14 Financial Year End Reporting Requirements to DHS or would like to learn more about completing a Year End CFR.
Registration is now open and will close on November 7, 2014. You are strongly encouraged to register promptly as this training is on a first come-first serve basis.

Training Dates and Times
Once registration is closed, all enrollees will be notified of their scheduled training date and time via e-mail.
Each training session is scheduled for 3 hours in length. Instructions on how to enter the virtual classroom will be sent to each enrollee prior to these trainings; technical assistance contact will also be included. No costs are incurred by providers as students can participate at their work site by simply logging onto a computer and entering the virtual classroom.
You will need a PC with the following minimum technical requirements:
- Operating System: Windows XP or Windows 7
- Software: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
- Internet Connection
Upon completion of this training, Providers will gain understanding of:
- FY14 Year End Financial Reporting Requirements and due dates
- Audit Requirements: Brief Refresher on the type of Audits, Audit Opinions, Audit Standards and what that means to you and DHS.
- CFR Requirements
- How to complete a Year End CFR
- Online demonstration of completing a year End CFR.
