Interests of the William T. Kemper Foundation include the protection and preservation of animals and wildlife, the arts, children and youth, community development, neighborhood development, the environment, philanthropy and volunteerism, public
affairs, and recreation.
Eligibility Grants are given primarily in Missouri, Kansas, and western Illinois.
