Infant Follow-up Reports

Illinois reports on two types of infant follow-up activities; Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes Reporting System (APORS) and High-Rick Infant Follow-up (HRIF).  Both provide a detailed report by agency/clinic and provide a summary total for Cook County, Downstate, and Statewide.
