Quarterly Performance Reports

The Division of Family and Community Services activities relies heavily upon community-based agencies also known as Providers. The Department and Division in a partnership with the Providers assure service delivery to clients in the State of Illinois.

The performance reports are posted quarterly to assist the Providers in assuring effective and accountable services and for monitoring growth and outcomes.  Timeline for running and posting the reports is provided below.

Although not mandated, several programs provide Annual/End of the Year (State Fiscal Year, July - June) reports.
