What is the purpose of this service?

Healthy Child Care Illinois provides a network of registered nurses who help child care workers provide quality care for the well-being of Illinois children.  This network of nurses also provide:

  • trainings
  • consultations and assessments
  • conference planning / facilitation
  • assistance with policy development
  • environmental assessments
  • playground safety

Who can receive these services?

Illinois child care providers, both licensed and unlicensed. 

What services are offered?

Child care nurse consultations to child care providers statewide.

How to apply?

Services are provided in communities throughout the state.
